    Came to the shop hoping to buy medicine for my mother, as soon as i get through the door, the security guard on duty demanded i get a basket for my items. As others came in he didnt ask anyone else to grab a basket which was odd, after a couple minutes of arguing back and forth as to why i needed a basket i asked for the manager to ask why i needed a basket or the other option which was to leave the shop. Two managers then came over to tell me to leave even though i had done nothing but simply ask why i needed a basket. Thankyou for wasting my time and delaying my shopping for a bullshit reason.

    A standard supermarket experience. Parking is generally good and in close proximity to the store. Inside, it's what you expect in terms of choice, but the one thing about this particular store is that it is always clean and tidy and staff are always helpful and friendly, particularly the guys on the click & collect . The downside to this store is the main road used to access the store. It's a nightmare at busy times, and I have experienced queuing for over an hour just to exit the car park.

    I completed a click and collect order, which was initially fine.I had to wait a while for it but was mostly correct and the worker who brought it out to me was very helpful, allowing me to take it in the boxes as I didn't have any bags with me with the understanding I would return the boxes the following morning. However, first thing the next day I received a call from a member of staff,letting me know that her manager was also there, and complaining that I shouldn't have taken the boxes and they needed them back immediately. I barely had time to fit a work in edgeways as she continued to moan that they didn't have enough boxes, it was extremely inconvenient for them that I'd taken them ant that I was NEVER to do it again. Needless to say, I won't be using Sainsbury's services again - fortunately we have a much more helpful and considerate Waitrose store instead.

    Exemplary customer service in the Hereford store today!! ️ I so wanted some tenderstem, but the shelf was empty, however the replenishment gentleman noticed I was pondering at my what next! He said he'd check in the chiller for me next time he went, and I agreed I'd swing back around in that case, but no major bother. A few aisles in, and he actually came and found me to let me know he'd just put some out!! Brilliant Plus, Sainsbury's is always my favourite for their great range of veggie options!
